Pumplabsweb3 reads the Solana chain and renders what it finds. It holds nothing of yours, executes nothing on your behalf, and refuses to print a number it cannot source. These terms say that in the order it matters.

What Pumplabsweb3 is
A market-data terminal for Solana tokens. It reads public on-chain activity, prices it against public sources, and renders it. Using it is free and requires no account.

We never hold your funds
Pumplabsweb3 is non-custodial and takes no deposits. It never asks for a private key or a seed phrase, and there is no wallet on this service that holds anything belonging to you. Signing in proves an address; it moves nothing.

This build executes no live trade
There is no wallet adapter in this terminal, so it cannot place, sign, route or settle an order against the chain. Controls that cannot act are marked as such rather than silently swallowing a press, and wallet-scoped surfaces stay gated instead of estimating a figure.

The paper desk is a simulation
At /demo the cash is granted, fake, and labelled DEMO wherever it appears. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or spent, it is not a claim on anything, and it has no monetary value. Prices are real and profit or loss is arithmetic over them — which makes the result a measurement of your decisions, not an entitlement.

Market data is provided as-is
Figures come from the public chain and third-party sources, and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Where a value cannot be sourced the terminal prints an em dash rather than an estimate. Do not treat anything here as the sole basis for a decision, and verify on-chain before you act.

Nothing here is financial advice
No screen on this product is a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Pumplabsweb3 is not a broker, an exchange, or an investment adviser, and no ranking, score or highlight should be read as an endorsement. Decisions and their consequences are yours.

Tokens you create are yours
The create route publishes a standard Solana SPL mint with an optional initial supply. It is not a bonding-curve launch and carries no listing, liquidity, promotion or price. Whatever you mint is your asset and your responsibility, including every legal obligation attached to issuing it.

Crypto assets carry total risk of loss
Tokens of the kind this terminal indexes are volatile, frequently illiquid, and often worthless. Many are created to be abandoned. You can lose everything you put in, and nothing on this site reduces that risk.

Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, do not scrape beyond documented rate limits, and do not impersonate anyone. A handle typed into a browser is labelled unverified because that is all it is; passing one off as somebody else is a misuse of it.

Availability and change
The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no uptime guarantee. Surfaces, data sources and features may change or be withdrawn. Where a dependency is down the terminal says so and names it rather than presenting stale figures as live.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumplabsweb3 is not liable for trading losses, for decisions taken on the basis of anything displayed here, or for the accuracy, availability or completeness of third-party data. No warranty, express or implied, is given.

Changes to these terms
The date at the head of this page is the version in force. Material changes move that date. Continuing to use the service after it moves is acceptance of the current version.
